From Rīga 47 km on a road A8 to Jelgava. From Jelgava to Pilsrundale 43 km, first following the same road to Eleja and then road P103 to Pilsrundāle.
The Rundāle Palace Museum is wheelchair accessible. Please follow the signs at the gate of the Palace. There is a wheelchair lift to accommodate wheelchair users and one complimentary manual wheelchair is available on site. Accessible restrooms are located in the chestnut alley on the way to the Museum, in the basement of the Palace and also in the garden. Vehicles carrying passengers with mobility impairments are allowed to enter the grounds of the Museum and drop off passengers in front of the entrance. Vehicles can be parked in the parking lots next to the Palace. Please call +371 28373418 to alert the Museum’s staff of your visit or clarify any questions you might have.
Newlyweds’ car is allowed to enter the grounds of the Museum and drive up to the main entrance of the Palace. Please call +371 28373418 prior to your visit.
Upon request, an electric cart is available to have a ride from the parking lot to the Palace. Please note that this is a paid service and must be pre-booked. Call +371 29169034 prior to your arrival.
For the convenience of visitors, the Museum provides free parking lots, restrooms, a cloakroom and lockers for unlimited amount of time.
