Hire Rundāle Palace Museum’s (RPM) rooms and territory for events
* The opening hours of RPM could vary depending on the time of year
** Cost of ‘out of hours’ hire has been set in accordance with the regulations pertaining the use of Museum’s public spaces and territory (The Cabinet of Ministers’ Directive No. 250).
*** Principal amount of room hire
Services are offered upon assessing each application.
RPM reserves the right to refuse services or to restrict access to certain rooms within the Museum or its exhibitions and territory if the event in any way inhibits the work of the Museum, its building, collection or the safety of exhibits or contravenes the aims and objectives of the Museum.
Other rooms within the RPM are also available for hire in accordance with costs set out in the regulations pertaining the use of Museum’s public spaces and territory (The Cabinet of Ministers’ Directive No. 250).
Concessions can be requested and will be calculated in the following cases:
- cultural, educational and charitable events or state representation events
- events for children
- events for up to 10 people
Cost of setting up and tidying up the room has not been included in the hire rate, it will be charged at 2% of the principal amount (***).
Only companies contracted by the Museum and operating in the Museum’s territory are permitted to serve food and drinks in the Museum’s rooms and its territory.
When hiring rooms and/or organising events, customers must adhere to the ‘Regulation on the Utilisation of Rooms at the Rundāle Palace Museum’ and regulation on ‘Traffic Movement in the Territory of Rundāle Palace Museum’
