The Visitor Service Department of Rundāle Palace Museum performs a survey regarding satisfaction of the visitors with the services available at the palace compound.
The visitors of the palace are asked to evaluate the quality of the exhibits and exhibitions, tours, catering and other services and to give proposals for diversification and improvement of the services.
Based on the results of the survey the museum seeks to improve the quality of the services and to find out what other services visitors would like to receive at Rundāle Palace complex.
Survey is anonymous and filling of the questionnaire shall take approximately 10-15 minutes of your time.
The questionnaire is available in four languages: Latvian, English, German and Russian.
