The Client Services Department of the Rundāle Palace Museum is undertaking a study to assess whether visitors are satisfied with services available at the Museum. You are kindly asked to give us your opinion about our exhibitions, tours, dining facilities and other services and make suggestions for improvements. The questionnaire is available in Latvian, English, Russian and German and will take approximately 10 – 12 minutes to complete. Your identity will remain anonymous.
